I’ve been mixing this into my water about half an hour before bed and the single-serve packets make it stupid easy to travel with. The berry taste doesn’t leave that chalky aftertaste I usually get from sleep powders, which is a huge win. Woke up feeling genuinely rested instead of groggy.
